What we do.



Through our extensive network of brokers, wholesalers, and direct sellers, we are able to identify assets that are under-managed and are ripe for stabilization in strong sub-markets across the United States. Our strategies typically involve active and hands-on property management paired with strategic capital improvements and leasing to quality tenants. We identify assets we can acquire below replacement cost to give us the flexibility to set up our turn-around strategy.



At The Noah Capital Group we pride ourselves on our ability to move quickly through any given transaction. Beginning with our due diligence, we look for all avenues to extract value from the asset for our investors, including correcting deferred maintenance, aggressive lease up, or various tax strategies. Our “out of the box” strategies have enabled us to quickly identify and close on strong investment opportunities for our investors bringing above market returns.
